Mark Dambacher has been involved since the founding of InCore Bank in 2007. The business engineer was appointed Deputy CEO in 2010 and was responsible for Risk and Compliance, Customer Care and Finance. In March 2015, the native German took over the management of the bank. The Moto Guzzi fan started his career at the consulting firms KPMG and PwC.
With his first IT startup founded at age 17, Roger Darin has always been enthusiastic about technology and entrepreneurship . While he then pursued a more traditional career in Investment Banking, working in several major financial centres such as Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney and others, he continued to nurture his interests in technology. His first professional foray into Bitcoin was in 2014 when his company started to offer seminars, demonstrating the vast implications that came with Blockchain technology. After working as a Product Manager for a wealth management platform for a little under two years, he joined inacta in Zug to support their efforts to build a comprehensive ecosystem and move clients into the blockchain age.

Charles Hoskinson is a Colorado-based technology entrepreneur and mathematician. He attended Metropolitan State University of Denver and University of Colorado Boulder to study analytic number theory before moving into cryptography through industry exposure.His professional experience includes founding three cryptocurrency-related start-ups – Invictus Innovations, Ethereum and IOHK – and he has held a variety of posts in both the public and private sectors. He was the founding chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation’s education committee and established the Cryptocurrency Research Group in 2013. His current projects focus on education people about cryptocurrency, being an evangelist for decentralization and making cryptographic tools easier to use for the mainstream. This includes leading the research, design and development of Cardano, a third-generation cryptocurrency that launched in September 2017.
Hans Kuhn is a practicing attorney in Zurich, Switzerland specializing in banking and financial market law with a focus on banking and fintech regulation. He advises several blockchain-based digital asset projects. Dr. Kuhn works on blockchain legislation with governments in both Switzerland and Liechtenstein and is a co-founder of Yapeal, a Swiss neo bank project, where he is chairman of the Board. He additionally sits as a member of the Board at Crowdlitoken, a DLT-based company which allows for direct and indirect investments in real estate. Prior joining a private practice in 2014, Dr. Kuhn served as chief legal counsel for the Swiss National Bank (the central bank of Switzerland) for more than 13 years. He has extensive experience as a member of national and international expert groups on matters such as securities law and regulation, bank resolution, derivatives and netting legislation.
Luzius holds a master's degree in Computer Science from ETH Zurich and a master's degree in Economics from University of Zurich. He has previously founded a cloud storage startup, and have invested in a few select Swiss startups. Luzius is board member of Bitcoin Suisse, quitt.ch, AlgoTrader, Meisser Economics, Swiss Crypto Tokens AG, and Bitcoin Association Switzerland. Dr. Johannes Schweifer is the Co-Founder and CEO of CoreLedger AG and Co-Founder of Bitcoin Suisse AG. He holds a Master's in Chemistry and a PhD in Distributed Computing and Quantum Chemistry from the University of Vienna. Lars Seier Christensen co-founded Saxo Bank, a pioneer in FX and derivatives trading, in 1992. During his years at Saxo, the bank grew to 1500 employees, spread across more than 20 locations around the world. SaxoTrader, the bank’s flagship online trading offering was first launched in 1998 as one of the first online FX trading platforms ever. Since then SaxoTrader has grown to become one of the world’s most complete multi-asset platforms. Mr. Christensen experienced first-hand the major regulatory changes transforming derivative trading services to private clients and smaller institutions, and this practical experience is incredibly valuable for understanding the regulatory roadmap ahead for cryptocurrencies and financial blockchain applications.

Hubertus is also an early backer of Tezos, Rootstock and other projects in the DLT-space. Since February 2018, Hubertus is serving on the board of the Tezos Foundation. In 2011 Hubertus co-founded what became the leading mobile games company in the MENA region, acquired by Stillfront Group, a NASDAQ-listed gaming company in 2016. Prior to entering the tech- and VC space Hubertus was CEO Switzerland of Casinos Austria, at that time the largest operator in the back then nascent regulated casino market in Switzerland.
